Shipping policy
Mythenvale Trading Company is not responsible for any shipments lost or failed due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information. Should product be lost in the mail through cause of error on behalf of Mythenvale Trading Company, the client is entitled to a replacement shipment within a reasonable time period of 15 days since the package is confirmed lost.
